We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to join our marketing team at Diagnum Healthcare. If you're someone who enjoys storytelling through visuals and words, understands what clicks online, and is excited to contribute to meaningful healthcare communication, this is the perfect opportunity.

You’ll work closely with our content, design, and digital teams to create compelling content across social media, web, and internal campaigns — helping shape how we engage with our audience across platforms.

📍 Location: This is a full-time, in-office internship based at our Corporate Office in Okhla, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
• Create and repurpose content into engaging formats: social media posts, carousels, reels, blog graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creatives, infographics, and visual content
• Help manage the social media calendar, scheduling, and post publishing
• Write short-form copy and captions aligned with brand voice
• Monitor engagement and suggest content improvements based on analytics
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or purpose-driven storytelling
• Strong communication and basic writing skills
• Good aesthetic sense and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma
• Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
• Ability to manage time and deliver work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Bonus Skills

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with reels or short-form video content
• Experience working on awareness campaigns or cause-based communication
• Prior experience managing brand accounts or blogs (even personal projects count!)
