We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Officer (Pathology) to join our field sales team at Diagnum Healthcare. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our diagnostic services by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving channel sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert potential clients including doctors, clinics, and hospitals
• Develop and maintain relationships with diagnostic collection centers and channel partners
• Drive lead generation and follow up to closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
• Provide insights on competitor activity and market trends

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in diagnostics/pathology sales
• Strong understanding of B2B or channel sales in healthcare
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage local area effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
• Familiarity with local healthcare ecosystem is a plus
