We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technicians to join Diagnum Healthcare across our locations in India. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing diagnostic tests with accuracy, ensuring quality control, and supporting smooth laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests as per protocols
• Handle, prepare, and store specimens with care and accuracy
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control guidelines
• Record and report test results promptly and accurately
• Coordinate with pathologists and other healthcare staff for test validations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT)
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a diagnostic laboratory
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs
