About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level IT & Systems Executive to support and manage our internal digital infrastructure across labs and business operations.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in working at the intersection of healthcare, IT systems, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work on Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), including setup, access, and troubleshooting
2. Manage ERP access and user permissions across teams
3. Support CRM tools used for sales and client management
4. Assist in network setup, troubleshooting, and system connectivity
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations
6. Maintain documentation for processes, access controls, and workflows
7. Provide basic technical support to lab and field teams

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or software tools
• Interest in the healthcare or diagnostics domain
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, and networking fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)

Good To Have

• Exposure to healthcare software or Laboratory Information Systems
• Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations
• Experience with Excel or reporting tools
